:hi: Dictionary definition of "wield" ...to hold and use. As I said. Planes are what Carpenters use. You obviously get my drift though!!!!! :finga:

Wield from my dictionary is 'to wave and strike, as in swordplay' :pirate: . And drifts are used by boilermakers for hammering out pins & lining up holes in plates... :horse:

:hi: Strongly urge you to get a better dictionary CJ .......one which gives you accepted alternative definitions of words. There are also snow drifts, race cars can also do "drifts", ocean currents "drift" etc etc. Do get yourself a good dictionary!!!! :laughing3:

My apologies Pete. I was using The Chippies' Dictionary. It only has one entry, namely: Shipwrights are always correct. :rtfm2: :grin:

This, of course, means that you are incorrect - or as most people say: That PW bloke is just wrong. :happy2: :happy2: :happy2:
