We are off to Adelaide on Thursday for a Kangaroo Island experience then 4 days on the Murray Princess.  (need a paddle boat)

Kangaroo Island should be all green by now. Our local forest's understory is now over 3mtrs high and too dense to walk through. It was bare 2 years ago. Enjoy the jolly.  _________________ Brian Carney

KI, wonderful place but when we were there a few years ago we were warned to get ready to turn beck the clock by a decade or two, and they weren't wrong but it was a nice relaxing pace. I am sure you will enjoy it.

I'm back, and it is bloody freezing here in Canberra. I had a great time at our 50 year reunion on Bribie Island, just over 50 of us made the journey. The weather was kind for most part, but a few rainy days.

What a fine bunch of young gentlemen, just before they're let loose!  There are a few I have had the privilege of serving with, on different postings and still have fond memories, Terry Gunton, Stan Sheldon and of course Ned.
