Attention all intending attendees of... 
The 2020 (19th) Annual RAN Skilled Hands Sydney Rocks Xmas Pub Crawl Smokey...
.................................................................................. (...including those of you as yet undecided, sitting on the fence...!)
After careful consideration, along with a degree of anguished deliberation, (not to mention the continued border restrictions imposed by certain State Governments, designed to keep
Mexicans 
in Mexico,) The ‘A’ Team
have arrived at the inescapable conclusion, 
that to proceed with 
our iconic 
annual event 
would put at unnecessary risk, 
those of our number considered to be in a
high-risk 
cohort, who were planning to attend… 
It is therefore with heavy
heart that we have decided that The 2020 (19th) Annual RAN Skilled Hands Sydney Rocks Xmas Pub Crawl Smokey must be deferred for this year, 
thus avoiding the very real possibility that any of our Senior
Citizens could be compromised, which, in turn, would prevent them from attending The 2021 (20th 
er, 19th ) 
Annual RAN Skilled Hands Sydney Rocks Xmas Pub Crawl Smokey, to be held over the weekend of Friday 5th to Sunday 7th of November 2021…
(This year's event is the first we've been forced to cancel since we launched in Nov. 2003...)

Meanwhile, if this unfortunate change of plans has meant that anybody has made prior arrangements which can’t readily be cancelled, of if you're simply a 'local' who'd like to catch up, I’m happy to travel down from the NSW Central Coast to join you for a
laid-back, leisurely lunch, on Saturday 7th November, at a Rocks venue of your choice, just let me know…
